Leather Cowhide Waterproof Hat for Outback

Crafted of naturally water resistant full grain cowhide waterproof leather, our hat is trimmed with a Leather strap band with brass conchos and laces which adds a fine finish to your leisure wardrobe. Featuring a wide brim to protect from the summer sun and a chin cord to tighten in windy weather, our outback hat is practical and stylish for outdoor pursuits.

Other features include spring wire in brim, air vented Brass Eyelets (3 on both sides), UPF 50+, printed Branded Walker and Hawkes logo on the inside crown and water resistant coating. The Crown Height is approximately 3.5 inch's (9cm) and the Brim Length is approximately 3 inch's (7.5cm). To maintain the water resistant coating, please condition with our leather waterproofing treatment from time to time.

For care instructions, first brush away any dirt and dust using a soft brush like a toothbrush or a soft scrub brush. Gently brush your cowhide leather to remove dirt and dust before cleaning. Then, dip a clean cloth into a soapy solution and squeeze out any excess water. Working in small sections, gently scrub the leather in a circular motion.

Next, dip a clean, dry cloth into a bowl of warm water and squeeze out any excess water. Gently wipe the section clean with the damp cloth. Place the leather in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Finally, dip a clean cloth into the leather conditioner and rub a light coating of conditioner over the entire surface of the leather.

The Fit type for this product is Adjustable, and the Pattern is Solid. This item is a Leather Strap Hatband with Back Brass Concho and features a Spring wire in Brim, providing UPF 50+ water resistance.
