To measure your head, simply wrap a measuring tape around the largest part of your head, just above your eyebrows. Firmly hold the tape in the center of your forehead, not too tight or too loose, to accurately determine where the hat will sit.

If your measurement falls between sizes on the sizing chart, it's recommended to choose the next larger size. Even though our hat sizes are standardized across the United States, various factors, such as the hat's material and your hair volume, can affect the fit. A slightly roomier hat is much more comfortable and easier to adjust than one that's too tight.

For hats without internal drawstrings, you can utilize sizing tape to fine-tune the fit, maintaining the shape of the sweatband and lining without any damage. This method is preferred over adjusting the hat's built-in features, as it preserves the hat's original structure.
